So what is a didgeridoo, or is that supposed to be Didjeridu or Yidaki?? Well the didgeridoo is an instrument foremost, and very likely one of the oldest instruments known to man.

In recent years the didgeridoo has seen a revival in interest from a little know about instrument used by the Aborigines of northern Australia in ceremonies and festive gatherings, to a popular musical addition to rock bands, ochestras, techno and trance music, solo musical productions and it's even used in healing.

The didgeridoo is a wooden wind instrument made a hollow piece of eucalupt tree log grown the northern region of Australia. Termites eat the insides of certain hardwood tree types which are then cut and cleaned to make an authentic didgeridoo.
